Hello fellow nail nerds, I have taken the opportunity of posting a few pics of my bare nails today as I'm giving them a little breather from polish for a couple of days. I wanted to ask for any feedback on the condition of my nails from anyone who knows a bit about nail health. How do they look to you? I do have a problem with peeling layers on my nails, any tips on how to prevent this? Any feedback or help is appreciated. Happy polishing! x
Hey all, I wanted to try and create the colourful look of fireworks on my nails for Guy Fawkes Night. I used individual bits of glitter to try and recreate the glittery lights of fireworks in the night sky. What do you think? I love fireworks! I hope you have a fun & safe fireworks night x
Hey all, it is very nearly Halloween and so I have decided to indulge in some skull nails! Hopefully I'll be able to try at least one more Halloween theme before the scary season is out, I just love Halloween! It's just a shame I'm too old for trick-or-treating... Or am I... Hehe!
Hello lovely nail arters, I have decided to post this mani even though I really quite dislike it! It turned out nothing like how I wanted, I was attempting a lovely lily style design with nice detailed flowers but I discovered that I just don't have the required skill... yet! You may be wondering why I would bother posting a mani when I really don't actually like it but I want this blog to show my progress with nail art, good & bad. Hey all, I got a couple of bargain polishes this week so I decided to do a simple mani just to see what the colours were like. They are from the Collection 2000 Hot Looks range & are called 'Minx' & 'Intense'. I got them for only 59p each! Bargain! What's your best nail bargain? What do you think of these colours? Hey guys, what do you think of my first attempt at a dripping manicure? The base is my plain nail with just some Rimmel base coat, I wanted the black drips to really stand out & thought just a plain nail base might look good. I quite like it, what do you think? Hey all, I'm attempting to hold on to the last of our summer time here in the UK with a summery coloured design. I hate the thought of having to stop having barbecues within the next couple of weeks! Hey nail enthusiasts, what do you think of my dotted rainbow attempt? I couldn't think of a colour to do this week so I thought I'd do them all! I thought using the dotting tool would be easier than trying to paint the lines myself. I'm pretty happy with the outcome, I just can't get enough of nail art!
