I hope you're having a great weekend! I gave myself a new manicure today using a new colour I just bought, Rimmel I Love Lasting Finish in Hot & Spicy, what do you think? I used my striping tape to get a clean line between the colours. Don't you just love having newly manicured nails?! x

St. Patricks Day Nails!

Hello all, I have tried my hand at an Irish design in honour of St. Patrick & my Irish parents. What do you think? x

Here are a couple of examples of nail foils I have used in the past. They are so effective but I just prefer good old nail polish! Sorry that the quality isn't great, these were taken on an old camera. Still, I have a couple more sets to use up so once I use them I'll post pictures of how they look :-) x

Nails Foils

Hello!

I thought I'd ask for some opinions on nail foils. I like foils but find that they start to come away on the edges & at the ends of my nails almost immediately which is a bit annoying. How do you find them? They also tend to never be totally smooth on my nail, theres always an air bubble or two which is frustrating. Is it just me who experiences this? I think I may need more practice! Please give me any advice and let me know how you find them. I have a couple of sets to use at the moment so I might give them a go & post the results. I've got some pictures of foils I'v used before so I'll find those & post them too at some point. Happy nail arting! x

Hello :-) I thought I'd share my next design with you which I think is pretty cute. The base is a lovely China Glaze blue with the details using my fav purchase of the year so far, my nail pens. Let me know what you think, hopefully these are my first designs of many! x

First DIY Nail Art - Roses

I thought I'd share this with you, my first ever bit of nail art. I bought some nail art pens from Ebay (£6.59 for 12 pens!) which I used to create the detailing and the base of the roses is from an old No17 nail polish (can't remember the name of the shade). The white is just from my Sally Hansen french manicure set. I was so excited to do my first bit of nail art with my new pens and am quite pleased with how it came out, what do you think? x

First Post!

Hello all! This is my first post on this, my first blog! I wanted to start a blog to share my nail designs and get feedback from others about them and ideas for new nail art. I love it and find it really relaxing and fun to do. I shall hopefully be posting at least once a week with my newest designs so I hope you like them.
